houston @ 4 months
first off i’m sure everybody wanted to actually see where i live. check it out:
neat, huh?
as i’m sure most of you know already, terri moved in with me. it hasn’t really felt like it tho, since she had to deal with getting her neck-testicles removed. but she is all healthy now, and back in houston. (part of me kinda wished the radiation would have turned her into the toxic avenger, how kick-ass would that have been?!)
work has been work. i’m there 8 hours a day and every 2 weeks i get paid. i write code sometimes all the time. nothing amazing really. what is good tho, is that they are starting to actually figure out that i’m not just some normal college grad. (did ya’ll know i was smart??? no wai!) so hopefully my pay will catch up if not at the beginning of the year, then in june. although i dont know if consulting will ever get me the real money that i deserve. its a great start though, and even if the quality of the work i’m doing is well above my pay grade, it all still goes on my resume. i’m really just on the lookout to find the industry i want to work in. still looking to “find a job i love so i’ll never work another day in my life.” and after visiting my sister’s job at UH (thanks for the free dinner, les!), i definitely know that whatever i decide on it won’t include working in a cubicle!
once i get out of debt and settle in i’ll figure out what to do with my life. i’m still leaning towards skydiving instructor.
so life is good pretty much.

You’re not smart, the rest of the world is dumber than you!
I think I see a condom in one of those pics. I think it’s time to go back.
