After I came back from Venezuela I havent touched a single fast food place, and plan on keeping it that way. Cut down on cokes so much that I have been going days without it, not like I need it. No more beer at home, since I rather pay for it when I go out which gets me to drink less. Funny thing is that when I was in Venezuela I ate and drank like there was no tomorrow, yet I managed to lose about 5 lbs. Its all the shit they add to the food here that fucks us up.
