The Hacker’s Diet - v0.9.1
So there were compatibility issues with some SQL statements in the release, so here is an updated copy which (hopefully) fixes that.
I only have MySQL 4.1 to test on, so let me know if there are still problems.
hackersdiet_0.9.1b.zip Current version: Download from Wordpress.org Plugin Repository

couple more things i caught on the install:
hackersdiet.php:
lines 24&30: had problems with the CHARACTER SET utf COLLATE utc_general_ci line in mysql 4.0.25, just got rid of the charset lines to install after trying a few different things
line 29: missing ‘ before $table_name in query
editinplace.js
lines 75, 95, 102: my install directory isn’t /wp/ :-P

I tried to use the plugin, but when saving, I get an error.
I think it has everything to do with the fact that my wordpress files are installed in a subdirectory of the server…
I will attempt to patch it myself, but if you could take a look, that’s great too.

Here’s a little more information:
http://somuchgeek.com/wordpress/wp-admin/undefinedweight_save.php?content=287.5&id=weight_1169445600&user=1
That’s the url the save button is trying to post to. Obviously the undefined bit is probably a bad thing. This was grabbed from Firebug in Firefox.

Thanks for helping those of us having problems to help figure out things.
I can get the plugin to load now since the updates, but I see this error above the graph:
“Warning: mysql_result() [function.mysql-result]: Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 71 in /homepages/26/d88750643/htdocs/wd/wp-content/plugins/hackersdiet/ajax_togo.php on line 28″
and when I try to add a weight for any date, I get this error:
“Sorry, the update failed.”
Could this be a permissions issue on my end? My MySQL skills are very weak.

so i cranked up firefox and realized that the way i was supporting subdirectory installs for daniel (blah.com/wordpress, etc) only works in IE. i think both of your problems should be fixed now. wendy, your other error was unrelated but i fixed it as well.
try this new version, and let me knew if it works for ya’ll. i’ll make an official post about it if its good to go.
