i’ve updated my wakoopa widget wordpress plugin to account for the new badges that are offered. download the new version
now you can pick between the three image badges for top 10, recent, and new software. i may add the other types which they offer, but some of them don’t really fit in a blog sidebar so i decided to hold off on that for now.

the quick and dirty is that it is a social community based around sharing what software you use. i think the idea is pretty neat and i can only hope their recommendation algorithm is solid. :] i’ve written a widget to display your “top 10 list” on a wordpress-driven blog.
the widget can currently either display your list in image form or in a plain text format.
